Employee Experience Administrator Student

DESCRIPTION

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

Join Annapurna Labs, an AWS company, as an Employee Experience Student! We're seeking a talented student to contribute to our growing organization and help create exceptional workplace experiences. In this role, you'll be part of our Employee Experience team managing daily operations and administrative tasks.

Key job responsibilities
• Ensure a welcoming office environment by managing facilities and workplace needs.
• Maintain office and kitchen supplies, keeping our workspace well-stocked and organized.
• Handle essential documentation and administrative records to support team operations.
• Available 2-3 days per week, willing to work from both Tel Aviv and Haifa locations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Student with minimum 2 years (4 semesters) remaining until graduation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management
