Global Learning & Training Team Lead

KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Team Lead to join our growing delivery team. We’re seeking an innovative, hands-on professional who can both shape our global training strategy and personally deliver it, designing programs, running sessions, and building content, while growing and leading a team across multiple locations. You’ll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating closely with Delivery, Support, Customer Success, Product, and all other company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions. Requirements: Must Have Proven training and learning development experience, including hands-on delivery Proven experience in team management Experience developing and implementing e-learning solutions Experience organizing and leading customer events Excellent English and Hebrew, written and spoken Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences from end users to executives Technology oriented Strong project management capabilities Strong innovative thinking, a creative approach, and problem-solving skills Flexibility in working hours (global role) Nice to Have Knowledge management background Experience with SaaS products Experience working with enterprise customers Additional languages Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Lead, manage, and grow a global learning & training team Define and drive the global customer training strategy Drive internal knowledge management initiatives Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies Execute special projects as assigned by department management Hands-on Delivery Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew Build and maintain e-learning content Lead and organize customer events, both physical and virtual Oversee external knowledge portal management
