Software Team Leader – Simulation Systems

We are looking for a talented and hands-on *Software Team Leader* to join our *Simulation Development Division*.
Our team develops advanced software systems that simulate complex *battlefield environments* for the training of pilots, commanders, and soldiers.
These systems include 3D graphics engines, behavioral modeling, and realistic simulations of weapon and sensor systems – creating immersive virtual training environments for operational scenarios.

*Responsibilities:*

* Lead and manage a software development team focused on simulation and virtual training systems.
* Take ownership of software design, architecture, interfaces, and implementation.
* Ensure development processes are executed efficiently, maintaining high quality and meeting project timelines.
* Guide, mentor, and motivate team members while maintaining a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Work closely with parallel development teams to ensure full system integration.
* Participate in hands-on software development and integration activities.

*Requirements:*

* At least 2 years of proven experience in *team leadership* and *project management* within a software development environment. • Experience leading *end-to-end software projects* in complex, multi-interface systems.
* Strong understanding of *Object-Oriented Design* principles.
* Hands-on development experience in *C++* – mandatory.
* Willingness to perform *on-site integrations* in Israel and abroad.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
