Integration Engineer

As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our team and be responsible for the implementation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of Shield’s SaaS and on-prem product.

You will work closely with DEV groups and directly with the IT departments of our customers to ensure the availability, security and reliability of cloud deployments, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues in our production SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

Be a Shield implementation expert.
Understand deployment patterns and all configurations that support these patterns.
Implement the Shield platform from deployment handover stage to go live readiness
Application configuration to meet the customer specific requirements
Executing integrations between Shield system and external data sources
Create and demonstrate technical documents.

Requirements:

Experience in implementing, monitoring and maintaining enterprise applications.
Past experience in roles such as IT expert/QA Engineer/Technical Support/NOC
+2 years’ experience with:
Complex technical support/integration
Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting
Executing integration of enterprise platforms with external sources via API or other integration methods
Administering operational infrastructure
Experience with configuration-management and executing automation frameworks like Ansible, Terraform, Helm and Vault
Monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
JIRA for issue tracking.

Experience with OpenSearch – Big Advantage.
Basic experience with Kubernetes, Docker deployment technologies – Big advantage
Experience working with observability tools.
Experience working with enterprise customers.
Organized and structured person, who knows how to write documentations.
Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
