AI Organic Growth Specialist

We’re looking for a technically skilled and AI-savvy Organic Growth Strategist to lead the discovery and execution of growth opportunities across the entire web, including Google and SEO.

This role blends strategic thinking, technical expertise, and AI integration, with the goal of increasing visibility across the web, social, and LLMs to maximize traffic.

As an AI Organic Growth Specialist, you'll design intelligent workflows and uncover high-leverage growth plays that scale organically. You’ll help define the future of SEO and organic marketing in the AI era.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years' experience in various roles within digital marketing.
Strong SEO background - MUST (client-side preferred)
Proven experience in organic growth marketing across SEO, LLMs, communities, content, and product-led growth (programmatic and more)
Highly technical and comfortable with AI tools, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), and prompt engineering
Skilled in identifying and prioritizing non-obvious growth channels
Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how it relates to digital marketing.

Strong ability to synthesize unstructured data into actionable opportunities

What am I going to do?:

Spot Organic and SEO Growth Opportunities across various platforms (e.g., Google, LLMs, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, podcasts, community forums, etc.)
Build workflows that automate growth tasks using AI tools and agents.
Lead experiments combining SEO, content, community, or other non-paid channels.
Design and manage AI agents or any other technical solution to execute discovery, outreach, content, and monitoring tasks at scale.
