Director of Product/Product Manager

Director of Product, Payments Platform 7+ years of Product Management experience 3+ years in a leadership role managing PMs or cross-functional teams. Proven track record in fintech, payments, or payment orchestration, with deep knowledge of processing, acquiring, and compliance requirements. Experience in building and scaling complex B2B or B2B2C payment products. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to company growth and revenue impact. Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing product teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners. Passion for innovation and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Fluent in English (written & verbal). Product Manager 2+ years of experience in product management, at a cybersecurity company Startup or early-stage experience Background working on a technical product - you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable in a tech-heavy environment A builder at heart - someone who loves shipping things, not just planning them Proven ability to move fast and execute in a high-velocity environment Experience selling to or building products for enterprise customers Technically fluent - not afraid to dig into how things actually work under the hood Strong cross-functional collaborator: comfortable working with Design, R&D, Sales, and directly with customers Familiarity with security tooling (EDR, SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability scanners)
