Director of Product

A software development company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Director of Product to join them during an exciting growth period. In this role, you will help define and execute the product roadmap, working closely with business and engineering teams. You’ll play a key part in translating strategy into actionable steps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities:
- Execute the Product Roadmap: Work closely with leadership and business units to leverage market and customer insights, ensuring the successful execution of the roadmap.
- Lead the Product Team: Manage and mentor the product team to ensure high-performance and successful delivery.
- Drive Product-Market Fit: Continuously refine the product offering in response to evolving market demands and customer feedback, maintaining a close feedback loop.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering to build innovative features that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Engage with various business units (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand customer needs and ensure their feedback informs product development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align product development with go-to-market strategies, working closely with relevant teams.
- Product Operations: Oversee processes and tools that streamline product development and drive operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data insights from business units to track KPIs and adjust product execution for optimal performance.

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of experience in product roles, with at least 3 years in a startup environment.
- Experience refining product-market fit using dynamic, customer-driven methods.
- Proven success in developing and scaling first-to-market SaaS products.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong ability to translate customer feedback into impactful product features.
- Data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of KPIs and product metrics.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex challenges in the real estate industry.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience working with AI-powered platforms.
- Experience collaborating with product marketing teams on inbound and outbound processes.
- Background in PropTech or ConTech.
