Product Manager – Innovation

ControlUp is the market leader in the IT platform for Monitoring, Self-healing, and Analyzing customers’ virtual environments, creating solutions that save IT organizations time, money, and stress.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Innovation Team, working on cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of IT operations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product integration initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SaaS product management and a proven track record in leading product integrations.
Responsibilities:
Own product execution within the Innovation Team, receiving and managing new products developed within the team.
Lead market and competitive analysis to identify potential trends and opportunities.
Research and execute integrations with relevant SaaS/Cloud vendors via publicly available APIs.
Validate product strategies and roadmaps with internal stakeholders.
Define and document product requirements and specifications.
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and other Product Managers throughout the development lifecycle.
Experiment and iterate on product decisions based on customer feedback and data analysis.
Act as a bridge between the Innovation Team and the core Product Management group.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of product integrations and APIs.
Experience working with IT operations solutions and endpoint management.
Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams.
A passion for user experience (UX/UI) and product design.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
