Technical Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong hands-on experience writing engineering-grade specifications to join us in working on a complex B2B SaaS platform.

In this role, you will translate product needs into clear, detailed technical specifications and work closely with R&D teams throughout the development process — from initial concept through execution.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on product details, internal collaboration, and execution. It is not centered on outbound product activities or broad strategic positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Requirements (PRDs): Write detailed, engineering-level Product Requirement Documents, including functional logic, edge cases, technical dependencies, and clear implementation requirements for R&D.
• User Experience (UX): Take a hands-on role in the UX design process, ensuring product specifications are intuitive, technically feasible, and aligned with high usability standards.
• Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, address technical questions throughout development, and ensure the final implementation reflects the original product intent.
• Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to support product decisions and evaluate the impact of product changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product specification within a B2B environment, particularly in SaaS, Gaming, or Trading. Experience working with complex systems is essential.
• Proven experience working closely with R&D teams.
• Hands-on experience building product roadmaps and writing engineering-level Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) – required.
• Hands-on experience with UX design – required.
• Familiarity with SaaS product development processes.
• AI Proficiency: Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools for product specification and product management, such as AI-assisted PRD writing, roadmap planning, and analysis – a plus.
• Experience in data analysis – a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the analytical and creative ability to translate complex challenges into clear technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
