Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and updating quality system documentation (SOPs, records, logs).
Support internal audits and inspection readiness activities.
Help track and follow up on Customer Complaints, CAPAs, non-conformances, and change control processes.
Participate in QA reviews of production and testing documentation.
Perform document control tasks, including revision control and distribution.
Support QA team in day-to-day activities and quality projects.
Learn and apply relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Quality-related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills (English required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Interest in working in a medical device or healthcare-related industry.
