Join Our Team as a Talent Sourcer

We are actively seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcer to become part of our team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be pivotal in identifying and engaging with top-tier talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp acumen for spotting potential candidates, adeptness in sourcing techniques, and the ability to foster strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.

What you'll do

Utilize online channels, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to address both current and future hiring needs.
Devise and execute innovative sourcing strategies aimed at reaching passive candidates effectively.
Engage candidates through personalized outreach, targeted email campaigns, and participation in networking events to cultivate rapport and stimulate interest.
Analyze sourcing metrics using data-driven approaches to refine and optimize sourcing strategies continually.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment journey.
Remain abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sourcing Expert or equivalent role.
Proven track record in successfully sourcing for R&D positions.
Proven proficiency in a wide range of sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with recruiting databases and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, among others.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
