We're looking for an experienced, data-driven and customer-centric Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team in Tel Aviv. In this role, this person will take part in designing and optimizing Taboola's cross-channel, mass communication global strategy to achieve user engagement, conversion and retention goals.

The Marketing Automation Specialist is a performance oriented person that blends an out of the box and creative mentality, automation skills, and an analytical approach.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

Manage end-to-end automated marketing campaigns: from ideation, through execution to Q&A, monitoring and analysis.
Build a cross-channel experience in multiple user engagement platforms: email marketing, in-app messaging, chatbots and user collateral to create ideal omni-channel user experience
Conduct constant optimization: Identify data-driven insights and lead testing strategies (e.g., A/B tests) to refine content and maximize performance..
Stay ahead of trends; Bring fresh ideas for content and strategy to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute processes and capture feedback.
Support other initiatives to achieve team goals

What are the skills a Marketing Automation Specialist needs to have?

2+ years of experience in marketing automation / email marketing role.
Proven hands on skills in marketing automation platforms. Hubspot preferred.
Understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs and testing methodologies.
Strong judgment in content ideation. Ability to craft engaging narratives tailored to different stages of the funnel and user personas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Proactive approach, self motivator and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
