We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel professional to join our team at our global headquarters. This is a dynamic in-house position that plays a critical role in supporting the company's local and global operations, with a particular focus on data privacy and data security, as well as technology and other commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, data protection regulations and corporate governance.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's law degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law
4 years of relevant legal experience, either in a commercial department in a leading law firm or at an in-house counsel position.
Experience with contract negotiation and data privacy regulations.
Advantage: familiarity with the Pharma industry.
Fluent in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional ethics.
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced business environment and globally distributed teams.
Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proactive, exercising sound judgment and focused on achieving results

Responsibilities:

Data Privacy & Security: Provide legal guidance on global data privacy and data protection matters, including compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, Israeli Privacy Law, etc.). Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure lawful and secure data processing practices.
Commercial & Technology Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including licensing, SaaS, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Corporate and Commercial Legal Support: Provide legal counsel to company departments on a wide array of legal matters. Draft and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Help manage legal risk and ensure legal consistency across operations.
