You're the One We're Looking For If You Have: 5+ years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within a fast-growing company. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR departments. Strong understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience working in High Tech and Low Tech companies – an Advantage A passion for building a positive and engaging work environment. A creative, proactive approach to HR initiatives.
