About the Job
As an Org & Op Excellence Consultant (Industrial Engineering), you will work closely with leading business companies and government offices, playing a key role in the development and implementation of organizational strategies. You will engage in in-depth analysis of organizational systems and lead complex changes and reforms that will significantly impact the organization and its business environment. The work is project-based, diverse, and dynamic, involving teamwork with other consultants and managers.
The role includes:
Assessing organizations : Analyzing organizational structure, work processes, products, services, and management routines.
Formulating solutions: Providing recommendations to address organizational challenges.
Leading complex processes: Supporting significant changes and reforms with a major impact on the organization.
Working with senior executives: Direct collaboration with senior managers in both the public and private sectors
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree students at a leading academic institution with one year or less of studies remaining
Strong analytical skills
High interpersonal skills
Fluent Hebrew, fluent English; additional language is an advantage
