Do you have the ability to mentor, and manage your designers to understand complex problems into elegant, informed design solutions?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Manage, mentor, and train the design team through the product design process - from UX to design.
Drive team members toward strong product outcomes that increase user adoption and delight.
Creative thinking and strategic execution. You will be asked to think outside of the box along with PMs and the UX team and push innovation design forward.
Conduct a full design cycle from a Product Manager's brief or UX expert - collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development
Ability to understand strategy, and translate it to metrics and projects
Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Software Developers to define, design and deliver extraordinary products.
Understand customers' pain points and needs, then develop the right design solutions for a wide B2B platform and Mobile App.
Knowledge building design system in Figma.

About you

2+ years of experience managing a design team, designing complex B2B systems for responsive web and mobile applications.
Experience working in an end-to-end UX process from ideation, wireframing and prototyping through to user testing and final design delivery.
Drive creative direction and vision for your project or sometimes multiple projects, making sure none of them backslide over the course of creative development
Degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, etc.)
Be a problem solver and present alternatives - the ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions
Experience working with a design system
Drive design aesthetics & vision.
Be hands-on when needed.
Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc .
Experience working with developers, and familiarity with HTML & CSS.
Advanced proficiency of spoken and written English
Ability to work in close collaboration with other team members such as the UX team.
Self-learner and quick adjustment skills - Advantage
