The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the tech industry and possess strong skills in Adaptive, Excel, SQL, and financial analysis.In this role, you will be responsible for performing financial planning and analysis to support our business growth and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.What you'll be spending your time on:Playing a leading role in the annual budget and financial forecasting processEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsCollaborate with key stakeholders to address and resolve issues that impact financial results, as well as with business and functional teams to provide various recommendationsBe the focal point for complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management to support business decisionsPrepare financial reports to senior management, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvementIs this you?The Payoneers are:Accountable | Adaptable | Collaborative | Communicative | Fast Learners | Independent | Motivated | Problem Solvers | Resilient | Technically ProficientHave you done this kind of stuff?3+ years of relevant professional experience in an FP&A function, preferably from an internationally recognized high-tech companyBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in the tech industry, with a focus on financial analysis and planningAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysisAnalytical mind with exceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated person who is able to manage and improve complex cross-functional processesAbility to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environmentAble to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendationsEfficient and creative problem-solverExcellent English skills – writing and verbalNot a must but a great advantage: Experience working with Workday Adaptive PlanningWho we are:Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO) is the world's go-to partner for digital commerce, everywhere.
