AI Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate AI Engineer to join our digital banking team and help shape the future of finance through cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to building smart, scalable, and secure AI solutions that will redefine the way customers interact with their bank.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Generative AI models and relevant frameworks/libraries
Strong skills in prompt engineering and optimization
3+ years of software development experience (preferably in Python)
Hands-on experience with evaluation testing and model assessment
knowledge of AI agent architectures, RAG, and judge models
Background in data science, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
NLP experience and familiarity with ML engineering best practices
Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
A passion for staying at the forefront of Generative AI research and applications

Your Day-to-Day:

Knowledge of AI agent architectures, RAG, Judge models, and related technologies.
Experience in data science, including deep learning and classical models.
NLP experience.
Machine learning engineering expertise.
Passion for staying up to date with Generative AI advancements.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
