Social Media & PR Executive

Strategic Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all relevant platforms, with focus on Instagram and TikTok Plan and implement PR activities, maintaining relationships with local and international press Create and manage content that: Educates our target audience on topics related to our core mission Promotes Israel365 content and personalities Creatively monetizes our products and services Build and maintain comprehensive social media calendar (daily, weekly, and monthly) Grow our presence across social media platforms Analyze campaign performance and deliver targeted results Monitor and adapt to latest social media trends Tactical Responsibilities Lead campaign implementation from conception to completion Optimize content through personalization and segmentation Build and implement engagement-driving strategies Provide efficient tools to enable smooth execution across team Manage social media communications for both internal and agency efforts Engage actively with audience across different channels Report to and collaborate with Senior Management to ensure strategic alignment Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum one year experience in social media marketing Demonstrated experience in creating successful social media strategies Comprehensive knowledge of best practices across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to craft engaging content that drives engagement and acquisition Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective team player in corporate environment Experience in basic PR activities and press relationship management Preferred Qualifications Degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, internet marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Expertise in short-form video content creation (Reels/Stories/Shorts) Proficiency in image-based content creation (Instagram/Stories) Experience in PR and media relations Personal Attributes Passionate about sharing a love for Israel Strategic thinker who's willing to execute hands-on tasks Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for instructions Humble learner, constantly updating knowledge of new models/technologies/processes Excellent storyteller with sharp writing skills Detail-oriented and organized multi-tasker Warm, friendly team player who genuinely cares about partners and fellow employees
