TERMS
The project is set to commence immediately and is anticipated to last for a minimum of 8 months, with the potential for extension.

Opportunities are available for both fixed-term employment and freelance contracts, catering to the preferences of the successful candidate.
The role demands a commitment of 56 hours per week and 6 days per week, reflecting the intensive nature of the project and its critical timelines.
RESPONSIBILITES
Review and provide feedback on instrumentation construction issues to ensure minimal impact on construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
Evaluate project specifications and requirements, offering insights and recommendations as needed.
Assist in designing the instrumentation scope if necessary, ensuring feasibility and efficiency.
Address instrumentation constructability issues to streamline the construction process.
Oversee any outstanding instrumentation Carry Over Work from vendors to the site, ensuring timely completion.
Ensure compliance of site instrumentation work with relevant codes, specifications, and requirements through thorough review.
Monitor and evaluate the quantity of work performed by an E&I subcontractor, providing feedback and guidance as necessary.
Collaborate with E&I subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
Assist in updating maintenance red-marked up drawings to reflect changes accurately.
Liaise with the electric & instrumentation (E&I) engineering group as needed to address project requirements.
Facilitate material receiving and issuing of electric & instrumentation (E&I) materials to E&I subcontractors.
Review instrumentation installation/equipment to ensure compliance with preservation requirements until commissioning.
Participate in system completion activities such as pre-power up checks, testing, and commissioning as required.
Support E&I Mechanical Completion inspection and testing processes.
Evaluate change orders from E&I subcontractors and provide recommendations to the Field Cost/Schedule Controller.
Assist in managing the contract of the E&I subcontract, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures outlined in the Safety Manual.
Monitor construction progress with subcontractors, identifying and addressing any deviations from the schedule as needed.
Ensure all contractual obligations toward client and subcontractor for the corresponding discipline are fulfilled.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to instrumentation and control systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise subcontractors and coordinate activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
