Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting with Managers: Act as a strategic advisor to managers on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Provide expert guidance on performance management and policy interpretation
Employee Relations: Support all aspects of the employee life cycle, offering assistance in onboarding, development, and general HR matters to maintain our unique culture and positive work environment
Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process and support training initiatives to ensure effective integration and growth of new hires
Policy Development: Assist in developing and refining HR policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal standards
HRIS & Data Management: Oversee HRIS processes, focusing on efficient data management and reporting

Requirements:

Temporary position covering maternity leave for 6-12 months
4+ years in HR, with a focus on consulting to managers, employee relations, and recruitment
Passion for the HR field and exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience in the tech industry, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to coach employees and management through complex and sensitive issues
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday)
