IT Support Specialist

Yael Group ise looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team and provide high-quality support to our employees. Job Description: The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations at our Hod Hasharon office and supporting remote users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software setups, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring the overall stability and efficiency of our IT systems. The position offers a dynamic environment, working closely with global IT teams and cross-functional departments. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support position Proven experience supporting Windows operating systems Strong knowledge of IT environments: Active Directory, GPO, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Office 365 Hands-on experience with hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals) Understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Basic familiarity with Linux – Advantage Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Networking) – Advantage Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English – Must Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and take initiative
