Key Responsibilities:

- Communicates department vision, new strategies, and projects to improve key business metrics.

- Provides guidance, training, and support to staff, encouraging career development and high performance.

- Champions improvement initiatives and functional excellence.

- Identifies and implements future technology and intellectual property critical to business growth. Actively participates in the due diligence process.

- Develops and ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

- Drives new processing technologies designed for manufacturability.

- Leverages internal and external contacts and industry specialists.

- Partners with other functions to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.

- Promotes the sharing and leveraging of initiatives, processes, and accomplishments across divisions/plants.

Requirements:

- Mandatory managerial experience of at least 4-5 years overseeing managers and groups of dozens of employees.

- Requires experience in manufacturing operations, familiarity with process engineering, production, equipment, and suppliers.

- Experience in the Medical Devices industry is highly preferred. Alternatively, experience in other regulated industries such as Defense/Aviation/Automotive.

- Relevant experience from a corporate environment- mandatory

- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
