Senior Front-End Engineer (Web Components)

Role Overview:

JLL Technologies is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the development of an internal component library. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a versatile library of Web Components using Stencil. The components will be used across various front-end frameworks, including React, Vue, and Angular. The engineer will work closely with design and engineering teams, ensuring the library meets high functionality, aesthetics, and usability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build a comprehensive Web Component library with Stencil.
Ensure compatibility of components with various front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design, functionality, and UX standards alignment.
Oversee the project independently, including managing issues, guiding contributions, and ensuring successful implementation across teams.
Engage with the internal developer community for support and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Knowledge of Web Components and framework agnostic technologies such as Stencil.js.
In-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with multiple front-end frameworks like React, Vue, and Angular.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams.
