Senior Front-End Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join the core team building our next-generation AI Engine and Unified Chat Assistant. You will architect the UI for complex AI workflows, including multi-tenant agent management, pipelines, and evaluation services. We operate on a forward-thinking model where you will leverage an AI-first, spec-driven development approach to own features end-to-end. 

What You’ll Do: 

Architect and Build: Develop scalable user interfaces for the AI Engine, Unified Chat Assistant, and Evaluation Service using modern web architectures. 

AI-First Development: Drive our spec-driven workflow by heavily utilizing AI agents (Cursor, Claude Code) to handle code generation, so you can focus on architecture, planning, and validation. 

End-to-End Ownership: Embrace a multi-disciplinary approach by owning the entire feature lifecycle from frontend implementation to backend integration and QA automation. 

Global Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, UX, and backend teams (including our Paris office) to ensure seamless API and microservice integrations. 

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high-quality standards through comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and E2E testing. 

You'll do it using:

5+ years of proven experience architecting and delivering complex, scalable front-end ecosystems from the ground up. 

Expert proficiency in React and TypeScript. 

Deep understanding of modern state management (e.g., TanStack Query, Zustand) and UI performance optimization. 

Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven development ecosystems (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to optimize engineering workflows. 

Strong familiarity with applied AI concepts (GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, Evaluation Metrics, MCP). 

Advantage: 

Experience with E2E testing frameworks (strong preference for Playwright). 

Practical experience building UI for LLMs, including handling streaming responses, chat interfaces, and AI SDKs. 

Full-stack capabilities (Python/Node.js microservices) and a willingness to work across the stack. 

Familiarity with containerized environments and CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
