What You Will Do

Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent.
Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
Build a scalable sourcing engine to consistently engage with exceptional candidates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to align hiring with business priorities.
Craft compelling employer branding and candidate experiences that showcase Notch’s mission and culture.
Use data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes for speed and quality.
Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future growth.
Operates with high ownership and moves fast.

Requirements:

You’re a Great Fit If You

Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growing tech or startup environments.
Have recruited for technical roles (engineering, product, data, AI) and understand how to spot exceptional talent.
Are a strong communicator and relationship builder with both stakeholders and candidates.
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you build systems from scratch.
Have a sharp eye for talent and a clear philosophy on what separates the exceptional from the great.

Bring a strong network within the AI / deep tech talent landscape.
Use data to unblock hiring challenges and guide decisions.
Have experience building recruitment processes and teams from early stage to scale.
