Domain QA Specialist

The Domain QA Specialist plays a pivotal role within our tech team, spearheading quality strategy and implementation across a designated domain. This position is crucial in establishing and optimizing quality processes, devising testing methodologies, and fostering close collaboration with R&D, Customer Success, and Product teams to uphold rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes tailored to the specific domain.
Define effective testing strategies and approaches for system and functional testing.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct thorough analysis of end-to-end system testing to identify issues and ensure robust performance.
Report testing results and quality metrics to stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Integrate automation and AI technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the quality assurance framework.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality assurance practices and procedures.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing and quality management.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex systems and technologies.
Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute quality strategies aligned with business objectives.
Advanced problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
Experience with automation tools and AI integration in quality assurance processes is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
