What You'll Be Leading:

Leadership Development

Design and roll out innovative leadership development experiences that bring our strategic vision—and the ZIM Leadership Model—to life
Identify capability gaps and build interventions that make a real difference
Partner with regional HR teams to execute development programs and annual plans
Coach leaders 1:1 and in group settings to boost their impact and effectiveness

Talent Management

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and grow top talent
Lead talent review processes and succession planning that build a strong pipeline for the future

Organizational Development Initiatives

Drive strategic OD projects including change management, team effectiveness, and culture transformation
Create tailored learning programs aligned with evolving business needs

Performance & Growth

Own and lead the annual performance management cycle
Champion a culture of continuous feedback and development

Requirements:

Master’s degree in organizational development, Psychology, HR, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in OD roles in a global setting — consulting or leading transformative initiatives.
Proven track record in managing teams and driving cross-functional projects.
High-level fluency in English and Hebrew.
Advanced skills in Office tools — especially PowerPoint.
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Comfortable working independently and under pressure.
