In this role, you will play an integral part in our development work that impacts all aspects of Information Systems connectivity and processes.The Business Integration Engineer determines technical requirements to improve, accelerate and empower the organization with automated and integrated processes. In addition, the Business Integration Expert provides expert knowledge in information systems and integrations, including but not limited to Salesforce, Netsuite, Slack, Jira, Snowflake, and many more.What You'll Be DoingHelp internal customers optimize performance and overcome integration challengesHelp Riskified employees approach and resolve technical problems and design scalable servicesWork across the company with internal tech and business organizationsDesign, develop and implement integrations and enhancementsManage SLAs to meet system reliability and stability (via monitoring, incident management, and best practices)Continuously review, monitor and improve Information Systems process and maintain scalable and high-quality solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in the technical fields or equivalent experienceAt least two years of information systems integration experience (ERP, CRM)Knowledge of Implementing Integration projects - mustDemonstrated experience with middleware solutionsStrong working knowledge with REST API's (JSON), SOAP, OData, GraphQL, CSVHands-on and experience with Workato - advantageWorking knowledge of microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture - advantageFamiliarity with NetSuite and Salesforce systems and business processes - advantageExcellent organizational/collaboration skills and the ability to work on multiple projectsOutstanding problem-solving ability, eagerness to learn, and curiosityStrong critical thinking, analytical skills with a proactive mindsetAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and manage timeStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audienceFast learner who can independently conduct extensive research and synthesize ideas, information, and options quicklyLife at RiskifiedWe are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
