Order Processing Specialist

Your tasks
Contact person for our customers and sales engineers
Processing complex customer quotations, orders and correspondence
Placing orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Raising sales invoices, sending order acknowledgements & assisting with customer queries
Order tracking, ability to research and interpret order documents in SAP
Processing of import and export tasks
Investigating and resolving customer requirements and problems
Supporting the sales team and customers via telephone and email
Adhere to all business processes and governance

Your qualifications
BBA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, or Operations
Experience in SAP tools for ERP and CRM
Import and export knowledge for Israel
Advanced excel skills
Ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record in customer sales support role, to provide excellent customer service
Excellent organizational and accurate analytical skills
Dynamic multi tasker with desire to learn
Ability to take initiative
Excellent written/oral communication skills in Hebrew and English
