Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the specification, definition, and on-time delivery of major functions and features of Bringoz products.

Bringoz Platform serves mid-market, large, and enterprise customers across the globe, providing a modular solution for managing their last-mile and distribution logistics operations.

The Product Manager role includes:

Participate in internal processes to define the product roadmap and priorities based on the company’s strategic goals.
Create product requirements, use cases, epics, and user stories.
Identify potential improvements on the product and the different workflows and define them.
Manage a detailed and prioritized product backlog.
Knowledge of UX - Create wireframes and work with the design team.
Research and analyze users behavior
Research and analyze product competitors.
Set and manage expectations for development teams, business teams and customers through ongoing communication.
Support the development team with product requirements – answer questions, clarifying requirements and problem solving.
Gather customer feedback, and create tasks accordingly.
Lead product cycles with pre, execution and post processes.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically in building and shipping B2B applications or software.
Team player with the ability to lead an end to end process.
A passion for delivering cutting-edge products.
Excellent soft skills, particularly in fostering positive relationships and communicating effectively across teams.
Analytical abilities - creative problem solver with attention to details.
Experience and practice in agile working environments.
A technological background, either in development or data analysis, is considered beneficial.
Advantage for experience working with complex SaaS products.
Fluent English – mandatory.
