Senior Program Manager

About The Position
Participate in the design, development and delivery of an innovative solution for qualifying autonomous vehicles in a rapidly growing software startup, and be involved in changing the world…
Be responsible for the overall program planning and execution of multiple programs, ensuring delivery to a superior standard
Manage risks and issues and drive corrective actions
Manage internal and customer-facing project meetings
Coordinate multiple internal teams, resources and third parties/vendors to achieve project goals – R&D, Application engineering, Sales, Product and others, in Israel and abroad, sometimes beyond normal working hours
Prepare, review and maintain project documentation, reports and dashboards
Requirements
Punctuate, strives for excellence
At least 4 years of work experience as program/project manager in a software company
Experience in a customer-facing role with an exceptional ability to understand and communicate customer needs
A quick learner with a strong analytical and technical background and a proven ability to learn and be profound in new technologies
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English – both verbal and written
Self-learner, highly motivated, self-paced, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
B.Sc. in a technical field
