DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our project-driven organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business processes and drive organizational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Salesforce system settings, user profiles, and security permissionsCreate and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layoutsDesign and implement workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processesDevelop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboardsManage user access, permissions, and system rolesPerform data quality management, including data imports, cleanups, and deduplicationProvide user support and training for Salesforce platformCoordinate with internal teams to understand and implement business requirementsTroubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidanceMaintain system documentation and best practicesREQUIREMENTSMinimum 2-4 years of Salesforce administration experienceIn-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration and customizationStrong knowledge of Salesforce standard and custom objectsExperience with data management and system integrationsExcellent communication and training skillsProficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinkingPreferred Skills:Experience with Salesforce AppExchange applicationsSalesforce Administrator Certification (Administrator or Advanced Administrator)Knowledge of basic workflow automationFamiliarity with CRM best practicesUnderstanding of business process optimizationExperience in project-based or consulting environments
