Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join an R&D team and take a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce CRM solutions.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce applications, customizations, integrations, and innovative solutions that support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Force.com technologies.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and Web Services.
• Lead technical design, development, testing, deployment, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Agile development teams to define technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools for coding, automated code reviews, and unit test generation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and improve user experience.
• Support CRM enhancements, automation, and ongoing system improvements.

Requirements – Must Have

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA, and Metadata APIs.
• At least 3 years of experience in application design and development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform using modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Base44, or Agentforce, including automated code reviews and unit test generation.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and development best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Ember.js.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), particularly Java or C#.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, database design, and data modeling.
• Experience developing testable business functionality and automated testing.
• Experience creating storyboards, improving user experience (UX), and designing intuitive interfaces.
