Group Controller

SodaStream is looking for a talented Group Controller to join our excellent finance team. In this position you will support the management team in the delivery of growth, share, profit, and cash flow objectives by:

- The timely provision of accurate Company’s Financial Statements

- Providing insights in financial performance

ensuring PepsiCo global controls standards are implemented to deliver controls over financial reporting, compliance and operational effectiveness to deliver shareholder value/

Financial Reporting

Full accountability for delivery and integrity of PepsiCo’s reporting submissions under US GAAP, compliant with corporate policies and procedures as well as complementary reporting data required by Division and Region
Support planning in providing insights on performance to help management understand the state of the business.
Own Balance Sheet and Cash Flow: drive reviews, reconciliation process and take corrective actions to ensure delivery of targeted results.
Partner with Corporate Legal, Tax, Treasury, and external advisors to assess potential financial exposures driven by regulatory changes, litigation cases, tax risks, etc.
Manages Tax Accounting & Reporting to ensure tax compliance and actively supports tax planning and initiatives to mitigate tax risks and improve ETR.

Internal Controls & Asset Stewardship

Ensure integrity of all source and consolidated accounting systems (AR, AP, Purchasing, GL, Assets, Hyperion)
Regularly assess the integrity of all financial processes in supporting financial data preparation and assets safeguarding.
Ensure the Company’s Internal controls are implemented in line with PepsiCo Global Control standards.
Ensure timely implementation of external/internal auditors’ recommendations.
Manage effectively treasury needs and requirements…monitor closely liquidity.

Business Insights

· Support delivery of Company’s targets (Net Revenue, NOPBT, OFCF)
· Partner with the planning team on building AOP, Forecasts etc.
· Identify and implement business efficiency incl. cross functional/divisional synergies.
· Analyze and review both at a market level and consolidated level SodaStream’s monthly financial results.

Business Leadership

· Maintain awareness/compliance with local legislative commercial competition guidelines.
· Significant input expected to many major system initiatives (e.g. P2P, DTS introduction, Order to Cash)

People Development

· Build development plans for all, identifying “key talent” and accelerating as appropriate.
· Provide clear communication of goals across control group and develop coaching and diversity capability and awareness within the team.
· Participate actively in overall Finance people planning.
Ensure key financial control fundamentals are understood across the whole of finance and across the senior management

Requirements:

· Degree in Economics/ Finance/Accounting

· US GAAP, PepsiCo policies deep knowledge

· Big 4 Public Accounting experience

· Israel civil and tax legislation deep knowledge (advantage)

· Experience on average 10 years in Finance related positions

· Managerial experience on average 5-7 years

· Chartered Accountancy Qualifications and/or MBA highly recommended

· Consolidation and financial reporting of several business over different geographies (advantage)

Willingness to relocate to Israel
