Controlling Professional

A global company in Central Israel is seeking a Controlling Professional for a unique finance role combining financial accounting, FP&A, financial analysis, and reporting to global headquarters. The position reports directly to the Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and reporting processes to management and global headquarters.
• Review and analyze financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets.
• Provide financial support to various departments and generate business insights.
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining financial controls and procedures.
• Monitor inventory, working capital, and cash flow.
• Conduct financial analyses and develop business cases to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certified CPA – mandatory.
• Big 4 experience – an advantage.
• Up to 2 years of financial experience in an industrial or manufacturing company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SAP experience – a significant advantage.
• High-level Hebrew and English proficiency.
