Social Media and PR Manager

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children. As we continue to grow, we seek a *Social Media and PR Manager* to join our dynamic team in Herzliya.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and manage seasonal social media and influencer marketing strategy for global distribution.
* Own social media content calendar, ensuring seamless execution.
* Monitor daily social content, and implement community and engagement strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creative alignment.
* Work closely with Creative on seasonal content themes and execution.
* Manage influencer marketing, research media outlets, and oversee analytics/reporting.

*Skills & Requirements:*
* 3+ years of experience developing, managing, and growing social media for consumer goods, emphasizing strong brand identity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (lifestyle-oriented) – A Must
* Fluency in social media platforms, rules, and measurement.
* Understanding current trends, best practices in social media, and basic e-commerce knowledge.
* Independent, proactive approach with strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
