We are seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet the business requirements and align with our architectural principles. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), microservices architecture, and front-end technologies such as React and Angular. Additionally, proficiency in big data technologies and database management systems, including both SQL and NoSQL databases, is required. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is also essential for this role.

• This individual will serve in a leadership capacity to deliver new, market-critical features of the Como Sense SaaS platform.

• The candidate will also provide technical and strategic leadership product delivery teams

• This position will have a direct impact on solution delivery of Como (Heartland company) SaaS platform, in support of our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end solutions that leverage GCP services to meet business requirements.

Architect microservices-based systems that are scalable, resilient, and maintainable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to support solution implementation.

Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions.

Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our architecture.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to cloud computing and software architecture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in designing and implementing complex solutions.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing and documenting Architecture deliverables as a Solution architect.

5+ years’ experience leading highly technical resources, either directly or indirectly

In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and best practices.

Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications in GCP, microservices architecture, or related fields are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to balance architectural theory with practical solutions.

Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing dynamic environment

Ability to manage a large workload covering multiple projects and business disciplines.

Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.

Financial Industry experience is a plus.

Highly refined communication skills including facilitation, presentation, and documentation.

Excellent organizational skills and results oriented.

Experience effectively communicating with clients, vendors, teams, and senior leadership.

Experience working with remote teams across various time zones.

Working knowledge of Agile SDLC
