As an Onboarding Specialist at Agora , you'll have the incredible opportunity to guide our customers through their journey, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and setting them up for success. Your exceptional communication skills and genuine desire to engage with customers will be essential as you establish strong relationships and become their trusted Partner.
Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A genuine passion for working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in Excel to analyze customer data and drive informed decisions.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
What are we looking for:
Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing hands-on support and guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Conduct training sessions to educate customers on our platform's features and functionalities.
Proactively address customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise during onboarding.
Facilitate seamless data migration for clients, assisting them in transferring their crucial information to spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Act as a bridge between customers and our internal teams, advocating for customer needs and feedback.
