Client Success Director

We are looking for a Client Success Director to join our growing team.

This person will work with global tech clients and large budget advertising accounts, driving value to increase client satisfaction.

We require high project management skills, with 3-5 years in client or project management.

Requirements:

· Fluent in English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must!

· 2-4 years’ experience as a team manager – mandatory

· Team player focused on execution and delivery

· Experienced in operation management with all customer retention aspects

· Academic degree- mandatory

· Experience & understanding of digital platforms- mandatory

· Highly detail oriented

· Passionate collaborator

· Data driven and business oriented
