Customer Success Specialist

We're hiring: Customer Success Specialist – Remote/Hybrid, Full Time

About the Position:We’re looking for a Customer Success with a strong background in data analysis or business development to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding customer goals, working with performance data, and building long-term client value.
\*What you’ll do:
- Work closely with U.S. clients
- Build deep relationships and act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their goals and aligning BI solutions to meet them.
- Present Power BI dashboards and demonstrate solutions to clients
- Gather, clarify, and define BI development requirements
- Translate business needs into clear tasks for our BI team
\* Qualifications:
- Fluent/native-level English
– written and spoken- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- mandatory- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to details with the ability to translate data into insights
- High proficiency in Excel- Experience with Tableau/Power BI
– a significant advantage
- Ability to work 100% remotely (work from home), arriving to the office per need.
- Full-time | Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (Israel time) to align with U.S. clients
