Description

IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced QA in Israel.

You’ll be responsible for the following
Full responsibility for software quality assurance within a multidisciplinary product that includes integration with hardware, communication systems, electronics, and embedded software.
Planning and execution of software tests (manual and automated) across various development stages, including unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
Developing detailed test cases based on software and system requirement documents, and thoroughly documenting results and deviations.
Working in an Agile environment with close collaboration alongside developers, system engineers, integration teams, and hardware teams.
Analyzing complex defects in an integrated environment, writing detailed bug reports, and tracking their resolution using tools such as JIRA.
Supporting test execution on HIL/SIL systems and simulators, while ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards for quality and safety (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262).
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in in software testing.
Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing throughout the development lifecycle.
Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive and multidisciplinary approach.
Advantages
Experience in writing automation scripts (Python, Java, or similar scripting languages).
Experience in multidisciplinary systems (combining software, hardware, and communication).
Hands-on experience with Barr-Metal or similar communication protocols.
Experience working with embedded systems environments.
Familiarity with bug and test management tools.
