PPC Manager | 2–3 Years Experience | 14–16K Salary | Hybrid

We are looking for a talented and hands-on *PPC Manager* to join our team in Tel Aviv. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in managing paid campaigns, a creative mindset, and a passion for performance-driven marketing.

*Responsibilities*

* Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
* Optimize performance, track KPIs, and improve results continuously
* Work independently while taking full ownership of campaign outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing goals

*Requirements*

* *3–4 years of proven, hands-on PPC campaign management experience* within an advertising or digital agency
* Strong experience with *Google Ads, Facebook Ads*, and additional paid media platforms
* High level of independence and responsibility
* Creative thinking and strong motivation
* Excellent *data analysis skills* and ability to improve performance based on insights
