IT Manager

Solitics is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365, AWS, and cybersecurity, with hands-on experience in SSO and SAML configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management& System Administration:

- Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure using Microsoft products.

- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations, focusing on Microsoft 365 solutions.

- Implement and maintain robust security measures within Microsoft 365 to protect the company's data and systems.

- Manage and monitor all installed systems, ensuring smooth operation of both Mac and Windows environments.

- Provide hands-on management of Microsoft 365 security products and AWS organizations.

Internal Technical Support:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT issues using Microsoft tools.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and its security products.

- Experience with AWS organizations and IAM roles.

- Familiarity with JIRA as a ticket management system.

- Hands-on experience with SSO and SAML configuration and connections.

- Proficient in managing both Mac and Windows environments.
