We are looking for a talented Campus Service Experience Manager for our Campus management group at Applied Materials.

As a Campus Service Experience Manager you will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling employee service processes at the highest quality level in the campus work environment.
Our Group:
The Campus Management Group (CMG) and Campus Services (CS) team, within it, are at the heart of employee services at Applied Materials Israel, dedicated to fostering business growth through proactive planning, strategic design, and execution of the campus roadmap, while providing a best-in-class environment for conference rooms, laboratories, and office workspaces to ensure efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the formulation of the strategy for campus employee service processes.
Implementing innovation in processes and services in the work environment.
Planning and managing the services provided to employees in the following areas:
Managing the Employee Service Centers (ESC) which include providing office services for employees on campus
Managing the employee inquiry system in all areas of service and feedback on a variety of platforms and responsibility for initiating and implementing information systems for managing employee service
Liaison with employee service groups such as welfare, training and human resources
Defining and monitoring the service indicators of the service operation groups (work environment, catering, transportation, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) through:
Conducting and analyzing surveys
Managing a service forum - and monitoring decisions
Collecting information from the service systems
Focus groups
Meetings and round tables
Managing the measurement routine and analyzing the results and trends with the professional team and service providers to lead the continuous improvement processes of service performance.
Development, planning and management of the employee services team on the company's campus, while instilling a culture of service and training the teams in service standards
Management of communication and information of campus services for employees by managing the campus services portal and carrying out internal communication in various media
Support in managing employee events on and off campus in coordination with the service groups.
Management of the internal LOOK&FEEL team in the interface with the construction project management team on the campus to create a pleasant and modern work environment experience
What you should have?
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field
>3 years’ experience in employee services management or advanced management in a similar field (Hi-Tech domains – advantage)
Ability to manage and lead a team, including project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to establish relationships and collaborate with external suppliers
Ability to manage processes and long-term planning
Ability and experience in service system implementation Top of Form
