As Armis grows rapidly, we are looking for candidates to manage all global IT physical and virtual assets and deliver technical support to employees in an ever-changing infrastructure.

You will implement robust logistics processes and oversee global IT assets to optimize Armis’ end-users support flow, lifecycle and company growth.

You will join the Global IT & Security team and report to Armis’ IT & Security Support Team Lead.

Working closely with all the company’s departments and end-users.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to Armis employees
Implement, deploy and manage IT & Security asset management systems and processes
Manage physical and virtual assets' lifecycle, contracts and support
Responsible for global IT & Security assets procurement
Maintain and manage end-to-end of assets’ vendors and suppliers
Responsible for payments, invoices and working closely with the finance team and vendor’s finance requests
Responsible for the good functioning and maintenance of the conference rooms infrastructure and systems
Responsible for new employees' on-boarding setup and orientation
Responsible for employees' off-boarding process
Identify, automate and document solutions to common issues
Work with on-prem and cloud systems
This position requires availability for on-call support every other Friday.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience with end-user support in a macOS environment
Experience in asset (physical and virtual) management and logistics operations
Excellent and proven serviceability skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with local and international shipping process
Experience with suppliers and vendor management
Excellent documentation capabilities
Good negotiation skills and training capabilities
Good level of English (spoken and written)
Very high motivation and willingness to continuously learn
High level of independence and time management skills
Team player state of mind, caring about the impact of the infrastructure on its users
