The position:
The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders in the R&D department, driving people strategy across the full employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent to ensuring a thoughtful offboarding experience.
This role plays a key part in aligning HR practices with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and championing employee engagement, development.
A day in the life:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, partner with managers on talent needs, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Performance & Development: Support goal setting, performance reviews, and career development initiatives. Coach managers on performance and feedback.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on HR issues, manage conflict resolution, and support a positive work environment.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist with salary reviews, benefits administration, and internal equity guidance.
HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure policy compliance, and support audits and reporting.
Organizational Support: Contribute to workforce planning, change management, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
You bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
Strong communication skill both in Hebrew and English
Problem-solving, "Can-do approach", and advisory skills.
Solid understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS tools.
