Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

Creating and running tests and use case scenarios to ensure the quality of the system and its internal/external interface
Test application on the web and mobile platforms (cross-browser)
Document and maintain identified defects in Jira
Analyze and evaluate business requirements (clear and fully described)
Work closely with Engineering , Product and customer-facing teams on designing and implementing testing solutions
Run various testing types: Functional, GUI, E2E, API, DB. Etc

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience with client/server and web/mobile testing – must
Experience in writing QA documents, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports (STP/STD)
Strong familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Experience with HTTP technologies (REST APIs, JSON etc.) – must
Experience with SQL and ability to write simple to medium queries – must
Excellent English – written and spoken
