We operate a premier online B2B diamond trading network, serving thousands of diamond manufacturers, dealers, and retailers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify target prospects and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the diamond and jewelry market. Outbound Prospecting: Actively source and engage outbound leads, introducing them to our solutions. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through effective needs assessment, initiating relationships with potential customers, and determining their suitability for our solutions. Sales Compliance: Work closely with the sales team to help streamline the sales cycle by collecting compliance documents from the prospects to help the onboarding process Client Onboarding: Collect required documentation from new clients during the onboarding process. Coordinate with clients to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner. CRM Management: Accurately record and track all activities, interactions, and customer data in Salesforce.com, ensuring a consistent and process-driven approach. Qualifications: Native-Level English: Exceptional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within SaaS or online marketplaces. Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets. Process-Driven Mindset: Commitment to systematic, data-driven sales processes, including precise tracking of customer engagement and accurate forecasting using Salesforce. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and adept at managing time efficiently. Presentation Skills: Strong ability to communicate value propositions and adapt sales techniques to engage diverse client audiences. *Hours: 3PM-Midnight Monday-Thursday and regular daytime hours 9AM-6PM on Sunday (Hybrid- 2 days/week in office)
