Quality Assurance Manager - Iguazio

Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our office in Herzliya, to manage our QA automation team and play a critical role in our mission to deliver the highest quality and efficiency of our product software development.
The automation team is involved in all Iguazio product lifecycle activities, starting from feature definition, through software design, development of tests and release decision.
In addition to features test automation, extensive non-functional testing around security, performance, load and stress, are also part of the automation team domain.
As we see it, quality is not just about testing, it relates to everything we do for our customers. As a member of our R&D leadership you will need to understand our customers usage of the platform and collaborate with all parties within the department to assure that the quality processes will be addressed by leveraging the infrastructure that you will put in place.
Iguazio provides an MLOps (machine learning operations) platform which automates and accelerates the data science process, enabling the rollout of new AI services continuously across the enterprise.
Your impact within our firm
You will lead the mission to maintain and enhance the quality of all Iguazio software releases.
In this role, you will assemble and guide a team of passionate infrastructure and automation test engineers, focusing on delivering top-notch product quality primarily through automation.
By developing and executing comprehensive test plans for software releases you will be covering test infrastructure, automation, and manual testing efforts. You will evaluate and manage quality assurance risks for each product delivery, ensuring efficient allocation of team resources.
You'll be overseeing test coverage for multiple software releases in a fast-paced environment, tracking progress, identifying blockers, assessing risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
You will continuously analyze and address testing gaps to improve product quality.
In addition, you'll work closely with R&D, Product, Architecture and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
Your qualifications and skills
6+ years of hands-on programming experience with Python
3+ years of experience in team leadership or management – Validation / QA
Proficiency in test infrastructure or automation development, with ability to dive into implementation / design technical aspects
Experience in multi-cloud or Kubernetes-based environments
Expertise in testing frameworks, methodologies and tools
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with testing big data platforms, machine learning pipelines, or AI-driven systems
Certifications in quality assurance or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Github Actions or similar
